Yes, on all home fibre and home wireless plans within our coverage area. You pay the first month and we install the router and cabling. Business sites with long cable runs are quoted after a survey.
Is there a data cap?
No. Home fibre plans are unlimited with no slow-down after a set amount of data.
How do I pay every month?
Pay by M‑Pesa Paybill using your account number. You get an SMS reminder before your renewal date and service reconnects automatically once payment lands.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect the same day. Downgrades apply from your next billing date.
What happens during a blackout?
Your router needs power. Our UPS and solar backup options keep the router and cameras running through outages.
Do business plans come with a static IP?
Office and Enterprise plans include static IPs and a service level agreement with set fault response times.
